How the Hawg Halters Controls Are Built The master cylinder uses a proven 11/16" bore, sized to work with the stock rear caliper rather than requiring a caliper change alongside the controls. Both the shifter and the brake pivot assembly run dual sealed bearings and bushings, which is what delivers smooth positive actuation and keeps it that way over years rather than seasons. An extended length version pushes the controls 2.5" forward of the standard position.
