Best for: Those who want a classic "dark coffee” profile that still tastes clean, refined, and better than what they’re used to. Perfect for drip, espresso, or anyone reaching for a reliable daily coffee that just works. Origin: Buenavista, Quindío, Colombia Producers: Juan & Juli Elevation: 1620 m.a.s.l. Process: Washed Notes: Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla, Peach In Syrup TRACEABLE & INTENTIONAL We don’t just source coffee — we bring it directly from the farm into our hands, and then straight to your door. With FOUNDATION, we support Juan and Juli's farm at the source while ensuring every coffee is fully traceable from origin to roast. Every batch is roasted fresh by us in Tampa, following our ideal roast curves to highlight the natural flavors of each bean — no shortcuts, no exporters, no mass production, no outsourcing. Just intentional sourcing, precise roasting, and coffee that tells a story from the first sip to the last. THE FARM Grown in Buena Vista, Quindío, Colombia, Juan and Juli's farm practices organic and regenerative agriculture—focused on healthy soil, biodiversity, and long-term sustainability. The plants are shade-grown, which slows down the ripening process and allows the cherries to develop deeper sugars and more complex flavors. In the cup, that means a smoother, more balanced profile with a creamy body and layered sweetness. Because no synthetic pesticides or herbicides are used, the coffee is grown in a cleaner environment—resulting in a more expressive, true-to-origin flavor you can actually taste. Our coffee contains only one ingredient: 100% specialty-grade Arabica beans. This coffee has been cultivated and harvested through ecological and regenerative processes that promote agrobiodiversity of the landscape.
