Batch distilled in the Yarra Valley from Australian olive leaf & olive oil. Olives are sourced from Cobram Estate in regional Victoria, Australia. Leaves and oil come from the Picu al, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. Savory, not sweet, in style and in drinks.
