POLICY: ORDERS/PREPLANNING: Please check all order information is correct when placing an order. Preplanning should take 1 hour MAX in order to effectively serve each client. Changes cannot be made once a layout is approved. CASE MODELS: ALL case models are verified through text and before making on live. If case model is incorrect once received due to client error, client may reorder correct model at 1/2 price. If case model is incorrect due to seller error, case will be remade for client at no cost. CLAYS: Clays & any item outside of charm list must be covered by client.Clays held for 1 WK til paid, if unpaid, clay released for clients. *Ask for pricing PRIOR to placing order* CREAM GLUE: Cream glue is a water-based adhesive that air dries hard. Drying time takes 5-7 days. SHIPPING: Packages are shipped via USPS. A tracking email is sent once package has shipped. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days. LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES: Once packages have been shipped through courier, they are no longer seller responsibility. If package is lost or damaged please file an insurance claim through courier. DECODEN ITEMS: May have imperfections as they're handmade. 1-2 charms may fall off. If this occurs, they can be super glued back on. Please allow 24 hours for maximum hold.
