A classic French blue cheese from the pastures of Auvergne. Fourme d'Ambert is one of France's oldest cheeses, dating all the way back to Roman times. The AOP specifications dictat e that the cattle must graze for a minimum of 150 days, and in the winter be fed on non-GMO feed produced in the region. It is a dense, supple blue that pairs nicely with Sauternes or other desert wines as well as full body reds. Show more
