The first direct collaboration in history between distilleries from two different Caribbean islands, Probitas is a game changer in the white rum category. Unaged pot still Jamaican rum from Hampden Estate is blended with an unaged twin column Coffey still rum and a 2-year pot still rum, both produced by Foursquare. Translated from Latin, Probitas means honesty, and accordingly, this rum is produced with adherence to the proposed Barbados Rum GI: without added sugar, flavoring, color, or any other adulterations.Anchored by Foursquare’s signature warm confection, Hampden’s ester-forward rum makes its presence known, lending high-toned fruit esters from nose to finish.
