Designed with the waterfowl hunter in mind, the Fowler Vest has an 8.25 ounce waxed cotton shelter cloth outer shell that will develop a rich patina with wear. A streamlined, hoodless design provides enhanced mobility for active days in the field, while the horizontal quilting pattern adds a refined, updated aesthetic. Oversized front handwarmer pockets are lined with soft, warm moleskin. Front bellow pockets provide ample storage for shells and other essentials. The interior has three pockets, including one with a zipper closure to keep valuables secure. A liner inspired by Alabama red clay adds a touch of color to the interior, and a collar stand lined with soft corduroy provides welcome protection from the cold. Durable antique brass hardware snaps and two-way main zipper. The Fowler waxed vest has a classic fit, similar to our Kinsman Vest, and a length ideal for wading and frequent up-down movements.
