Learn from the very best for this hands on barbecue class where attendees will learn all about Spare Rib cooking (cleaning, trimming for St. Louis style cuts), Baby Back Ribs (trimming and cleaning), multiple rib rubs from savory to sweet as well as the full cooking process on a woodfired offset smoker, including fire management. Smoked snacks and beverages from our friends at Scofflaw Brewing will also be on hand throughout the day.
