Dial in your fork progression using these easy-to-install volume spacers. What Are Volume Spacers? Volume spacers (aka “tokens”) are little pieces that go inside the fork’s air spring to change how the fork ramps up. More tokens = more mid-stroke support and more bottom-out resistance (a steeper “ramp”). Fewer tokens = less ramp-up, so it’s easier to use all the travel. Bottoming Out Too Easily? If your sag is set correctly and you’re blowing through the travel or bottoming out too easily, add a token (or swap to a larger spacer) to increase bottom-out support. Not Getting Full Travel? If your sag is set correctly and you’re not getting full travel even on big hits, remove a token (or use a smaller spacer) to make the fork use more of its travel. Each volume spacer unit adjusts the air spring volume by the following amount: 32 TC: 7cc 32: 8cc 34: 10cc 36: 10cc 38: 10cc 40: 10cc Podium: 7cc
