1" NPT 3-Stage Compressed Air Filter, Regulator, Coalescing Filter & Desiccant Dryer System – FRFLM968N The FRFLM968N is a heavy-duty commercial, all-in-one compressed air treatment system designed for applications that require clean, dry air. Combining a 5-micron particulate filter, precision pressure regulator, 0.01-micron coalescing filter, and refillable desiccant dryer into one convenient assembly with a wall-mounting bracket, this system helps remove water, oil aerosols, moisture vapor, dirt, and other contaminants before they reach your equipment. With 1" NPT ports, a maximum airflow capacity of 175 CFM, and a maximum input pressure of 225 PSI, the FRFLM968N is ideal for demanding shop and industrial applications. Whether you're painting, powder coating, plasma cutting, operating CNC equipment, running pneumatic tools, or supplying air to moisture-sensitive equipment, this system provides clean, dry compressed air to help protect equipment and improve performance. Three-Stage Air Treatment Process Stage 1 – 5 Micron Particulate Filter & Pressure Regulator The first stage removes water, dirt, rust, pipe scale, and other larger contaminants from the compressed air stream while the integrated pressure regulator allows you to control the outlet pressure supplied to your equipment. (This Filter has a automatic float drain for easy moisture removal) The adjustable regulator provides an output pressure range of approximately 7 PSI to 175 PSI, allowing the system to be used with a wide variety of pneumatic equipment and applications. Stage 2 – 0.01 Micron Coalescing Filter The second stage uses a 0.01-micron coalescing filter to remove fine oil aerosols, moisture, and microscopic particles that pass through standard particulate filters. This level of filtration helps provide cleaner compressed air for demanding applications such as painting, plasma cutting, CNC equipment, and pneumatic machinery. This Filter stage has a manual push style bowl drain as this stage does not accumulate as much liquid. The coalescing filter is designed to provide high-efficiency removal of oil, moisture, and contaminants from the compressed air stream. Stage 3 – Refillable Desiccant Dryer The final stage removes remaining moisture and water vapor from the compressed air stream to produce exceptionally dry compressed air. The dryer uses color-changing desiccant beads that start out blue and gradually change to a light translucent pink as the desiccant becomes saturated and needs to be replaced. The system uses approximately 11 oz of desiccant in the dryer bowl and includes four bags of desiccant beads, providing additional media for future replacement.
