This version of the FR SL is based on the popular higher cut boot and contains many of the same features and benefits, however, with a lower cut cuff for better ankle movement and agility. There are some new features in the speed version to make this skate groundbreaking. Integrated intuition liner The first of its kind! Intuition liners are considered some of the best skate liners in the world, for comfort and support and control. This is the first time one has been built into the skate, instead of being a separate piece. Integrated cuff Like an extension of the counter (which is like the skeleton of a skate), this provides support for your ankles when pushing big wheels. '165' refers to the mounting style of the boot, specifically the separation between the frame mounting bolts. This will suit a wide range of recreational and slalom frames (not speed-style 195 frames).
