This delightfully fragrant shrub from Southeast Asia blooms throughout the year yet mostly during the warmer months in the north. The white, star-shaped flowers form in clusters an d open over many weeks. Fragrant Randia always seem to be in bud, and the sweet smell of the fragrant flowers can go on for months.
