1920s G. Daudé et Cie “Paon” button card, sourced from a brocante in Barjac and professionally framed behind museum-quality glass. Printed on thick cardstock with refined typograph y, this piece once displayed peacock-hued “paon” buttons—paon meaning “peacock” in French. A vivid example of early 20th-century French haberdashery design, now preserved as a work of art that bridges fashion history and graphic design. Note that the "oeillets et crochets" version is deep set in the frame to accommodate the thickness of the buttons. dimensions: 9.5"W x 6.5"H x 1.5"D Show more
