My new love! Creating stories with paper and images of all kinds. It takes me back to school. Cutting out pictures & words and placing them just so. This piece, titled; "Perhaps" reminds us to take a moment to feel into what it is we really wish to do in this moment. Do we keep ourselves busy doing this and that as always, or could we possibly take a pause for a wee while and read that book that somehow keeps getting pushed aside for another time. Perhaps now is a good time to pick it up, open the pages and get lost for a while. If not now, when? I hope this image serves as a gentle reminder to make time for you. The image is created with Hand made Gold embossed paper as the background. Books, Butterflies, Foliage and an oval framed rose adorn, creating an old fashion scene to get lost in. I have embellished the frame with cotton lace to add to the antique look for this Collage. This piece is both Wall Mount & Free Standing. Frame Measures ~ 14cm across x 19cm length. Inside picture measures ~ 9cm x 14cm.
