This front rack mounts on the head tube of a bike frame. Your load is nice and low and doesn't turn with the handlebars, keeping the handling of the bike easy, even with heavy loads. As this rack is a 'retrofit' style, it is not designed for any particular bike. However, it is not the case that it fits all or even most e-bikes, as the head tube area of e-bikes is quite unconventional these days compared to a 'normal' non-electric bike frame.
