Francesco is young, but he did not waste time. Before starting his own project, he ran the cellar at Bruno Giacosa, one of the names that matters in Piemonte. The vineyards are all in Neive, a village in Barbaresco where Nebbiolo can become serious and patient wine. This is not a Tuesday bottle. Open it for something worth the occasion.
