Vintage FRANZI wicker bag in natural beige with lacquered finish. It’s a square-shaped box bag, with a metal frame, top push clasp and metal handle. The interior is lined in brown fabric with printed brand logo, and a zippered pocket. Excellent condition, discoloration of the metal, especially in the handle, some small spot inside. This bag is made with excellent craftsmanship, has a beautiful design, is very feminine and with high capacity, an ideal daytime bag. Franzi is an Italian brand dating back to 1840, when Rocco Franzi moved to Milan and started a small business of fashion accessories. Over the decades, he became the official supplier of the Royal House of Savoy and Greece, the King of Egypt and the Royal Imperial House of Austria.
