Cost per Gram: $0.08 Description: The Fraser River in BC is only accessible for a portion of the year. The snow melt and run off floods the river to a height where locals can not get to the agates anymore. When the snowmelt is gone and over with, locals beachcomb and surface pick the gravel bars of the river for these agates. These agates don't often have fortification, but are a beautiful "rock jelly" and translucent agate variety. Size range: Small Rough is rough.
