Free Pour Jenny’s creates small-batch, handcrafted cocktail bitters using homegrown and wild, foraged ingredients in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory (Alaska's neighbor!). These unique bitters received nine medals at the 2022 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition. Flavor Profiles: Spruce Tip: made using wild spruce tips. The flavor is bright, full of resin and similar to citrus. Rosehip: made from the fruit of the prickly wild rose is sustainably harvested in the fall, after the first frost. With hints of cinnamon, these bitters are great with gin. Solstice: When it's cold and dark outside, the thought of cinnamon and cloves seems fitting. Enjoy these flavors, along with Yukon cranberries and a hint of star anise, at any time of the year. Fireweed: made with fresh flowers. There are also hints of green cardamom and agave. The bitters pair well with gin and vodka, and are a tasty addition to whipped cream in desserts. Rhubarb: The delicate flavor of these bitters pairs well with gin, vodka, tequila and plain old soda water! Rhubarb bitters are lovely in fresh whipped cream or you can try them in baking - think rhubarb extract. Yum! Blackcurrant & Birch (limited edition): Limited-Edition Blackcurrant & Birch Bitters are made with heaps of Yukon-grown blackcurrants, and artisan birch syrup from Uncle Berwyn's Yukon Birch Syrup near Dawson City, Yukon Territory.
