Birds ran ge from 4kg to 6.5kg, ideal for groups of 6 to 10 people. Fresh geese are available for a limited period for Christmas delivery, or the same premium quality birds are available frozen for the rest of the year Our premium geese are the renowned Legarth strain, known as the finest meat-producing geese. They are supplied by Philip Hunter, a third-generation farmer who raises them on his family farm. These free-range birds enjoy a diet of home-grown cereals and pulses, foraging naturally for grass and bugs. Size, Storage and Cooking Guidance:Fresh geese are best stored at 4°C or below.
