Due to the oil, Whole Chicken Legs dark meat (thighs and legs) is more flavorful and moist than beef or pork. The texture of the chicken is extremely delicate compared to beef or pork, but not as soft as fish. Chicken from free-range farms is the finest quality, fresh, and individually hand-slaughtered and flash-frozen for superior taste. Our chickens are raised under the Chicken Federation of Ontario (CFO) artisanal program and fed non-GMO feed with no soy. We work with farms that only produce the cleanest, healthiest, and ethically-raised local chicken and are inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.
