LEARN TO FREEDIVE UP TO 66 FEET AND HOLD YOUR BREATH UP TO 4 MINUTES IN JUST ONE WEEKEND. Florida Freedivers will teach you the fundamental freediving techniques to comfortably fre edive to 66 feet. You will also practice static apnea to help develop your breath-holding abilities to hold your breath up to 4 minutes. Your Florida Freedivers course will cover fundamental topics such as: Essential safety procedures for breath-holding Proper breathing techniques for freediving and snorkeling Equalization for depth diving Equipment for freediving and snorkeling The fundamental physics and physiology of freediving Is this course for you?
