Prepare Your Skin Wash the back of your upper arm with plain soap and water Pat dry completely Clean with the provided alcohol wipe and let air dry 2. Apply the Sensor Place the sensor applicator on the prepared site Press down firmly to attach Secure edges gently with your fingers 3.
