Absolutely stunning antique French bread board! This piece has a beautiful patina and is extremely heavy, weighing in at almost 8 pounds! There are a few cracks throughout as well as a chunk of wood missing from one side of the handle but due to its age that’s fair. There is evidence of previous wood boring insect damage that in my opinion does not seem to be active.
