This kit contains all of the parts needed to build 20 inline spinners. The only tool required for assembly is a pair of needle nose pliers to create the loop at the wire. The Frenc h blade is used in many high end commercial spinners. With a weighted blade these require a faster retrieve or moving water to work effectively.
