The French Link Loop Ring Snaffle or Wilkie is a double jointed bit. The french link removes the nutcracker action within the mouth, so is considered to be less severe than single joint. The placement of the rein in the bottom loop (within the snaffle ring) acts to increase pressure on the poll when the rein aid is applied. Stainless steel bits are easy to clean. Show more
