Please tell us your requirements in the field below. ---DETAILS--- Mastering French macarons requires skills that come in handy for a variety of baking tasks, from how to wield a steady hand when using a piping bag to ensuring food colouring results in the exact hue you want. Most importantly, it will teach you how to work with egg whites to create cookies with an ultra-delicate texture. In this class, we'll make macarons with fillings of salted caramel and chocolate ganache, all entirely from scratch. If you've made macarons at home unsuccessfully, or if you've always wanted to but are too nervous to attempt it on your own, this is the perfect class for you. Please bring valid ID with you as we operate a 'Challenge 25' policy, where we reserve the right to check ID for any students under or around the age of 25. Any student who arrives to class intoxicated, or appears to be so during class, will be asked to leave and not qualify for a refund. Cancellation Policy: You must contact us 7 working days before your class to be eligible for a full refund. You can transfer your seat to a different class up to 3 days before your class date.
