Nectarine and citrus, finishing dry. 2022 Domaine Metrat Chiroubles, Beaujolais FranceMEDIUM | DRY | MULBERRYFrom one of Beaujolais’ famous Crus, this Gamay is from a small family producer, made with traditional whole berry fermentation in large oak barrels, it has a fresh, red fruited palate, with a bit of tannic grip on the finish. 2022 Domaine Dupasquier Jacquère, Savoie FranceMEDIUM | DRY | CITRUSThe Savoie is in the lower alpine regions near the Swiss border and produces unique varieties, of which Jacquère is a favourite. This wine has a mouthwatering character with a touch of viscosity and cleansing citrus finish.
