FREQUENCY is a linear LED lamp made of blown glass and designed by Marcantonio. FREQUENCY is available in a smaller wall and pendant version, as well as two larger pendant versions . The smallest version can be installed vertically, creating multiple compositions. The two larger sizes (128 cm and 150 cm) can be placed horizontally above a dining table, reception desk, or office desk. Furthermore, the 128 cm lamp can be installed vertically and functions as a floor lamp, but without taking up any floor space, as it does not have a base. FREQUENCY, like all lamps by Cangini e Tucci, is entirely handmade in Italy by expert craftsmen. “FREQUENCY was born from the desire to enhance the essence of light. I imagined a beam of light traveling through space. I wanted the shape of the glass to reflect the movement and intensity of the energy released by this beam. Through a skilful control of the glass, thanks to the experience of Cangini e Tucci, we managed to create a sculptural object with a definite character that is simultaneously fluid and light—an object in which the shapes seem to interpenetrate, in which the volumes slide into each other like a wave of living, active energy.
