Deliveries are currently on Monday mornings. Freshly laid eggs, sold by the dozen or flat of 30, from our happy hens! Our chickens are lovingly cared for, are free run and free ran ged all year long, weather permitting. Our current hens laying provide a beautiful array of rainbow of eggs ranging from white to brown, blue and green, sometimes even purple and pink. Due to the age and breed of the birds, some eggs are XL size and some are smaller as those hens have just started laying. We collect eggs every day, and sell them according to the guidelines found here. They are not graded or inspected by a health official. You need to refrigerate your eggs when you receive them, and it is recommended to crack farm eggs individually into a bowl before use, as they are uninspected and can rarely contain abnormalities. Blood spots are normal and safe to eat, you may wish to remove and eat the rest of the egg. Complimentary delivery to Standard and the town of Strathmore only. Select "Free Delivery" at checkout. Your order is a pre-order and eggs will be delivered when I come into town on Mondays and Thursdays during the busy flower season. NOTE: DELIVERY TIME NOT GUARANTEED, TOO MANY VARIABLES AT PLAY.
