Once we're done harvesting and selling fresh in late October, we move to frozen, roasted, and red chile sauce for the rest of the year. Fresh Hatch Red Chile is available in a medium heat level and shipped right to your door. Our chile is picked and shipped the same day so that it gets to you as fresh as possible.
