We cover every step, A to Z – from kneading dough until its texture is smooth and elastic, to 'marrying' pasta with sauce so every bite is filled with flavour. We cover both regular and whole wheat dough, which we'll cut and shape in a myriad of ways. At the end of class, you'll sit down for a meal and plenty of pasta to take home. Any student who arrives to class intoxicated, or appears to be so during class, will be asked to leave and not qualify for a refund. Cancellation Policy: You must contact us 7 working days before your class to be eligible for a full refund. You can transfer your seat to a different class up to 3 days before your class date.
