Fresh stoneground masa (corn dough) made from Mexican heirloom corn (1kg) We use wholegrain heirloom corn which we nixtamalize and stonegrind with volcanic grinding stones in our m olino. The masa is free from preservatives and has a limited shelf life. We suggest to use the masa as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of purchase for the best result. Masa can be used for a wide variety of gastronomic purposes including to make tortillas, tamales, sopes, gorditas, pupusas, arepas, huaraches, and tlacoyos.
