SPRING FORWARD YIN YOGA & SOUND MEDITATION EVENING Spring is upon us and what a beautiful time of year this! Shift your mindset and energy to invite creativity, confidence and new beginnings into your life. Vanessa will guide you through a Yin Yoga session, Yin yoga is a quiet and slow practice that is suitable for all. Simple postures are held for 3-5 minutes, this allows the connective tissue and fascia around the joints to lengthen, creating space which increases mobility. This mindful practice is mostly focused on the lower body and allows you time and space to connect to yourself and relieves tension and stress. After a short comfort break Vanessa will then take you through a sound meditation, sound meditation will guide you into a meditative state that allows the whole body and mind to relax, this is where cellular healing can occur. Sound meditation brings you back to your breath and back to your body and into total relaxation. Please Note – The sound meditation event is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy. Sessions, events and retreats are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Payments for workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another date unless cancelled by VeeFlowYoga. Any client participating in our in-person or online Yoga classes or events are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you agree, that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise, given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.
