Fried Green Tomatoes is a classic drama starring Kathy Bates as Evelyn Couch, who is a woman that has become increasingly unhappy with her life. Evelyn later meets a woman named Ninny, who is played by Jessica Tandy, and they begin to tell one another their life stories. The film also stars Mary Stuart Masterson and May Louise Parker, who are characters in Ninny's stories.
