It fits nesto pots and pans with diameters from 24 to 28 cm, integrating seamlessly into the cookware system. At its core is a removable stainless-steel filter that helps significantly reduce frying odours as steam escapes—making it especially well suited for open kitchens and compact spaces. A tightly sealing silicone rim with a targeted steam outlet helps guide steam upward and away, working particularly well with downdraft ventilation systems. Like the Gourmet Lid, the Fritaclean Lid features an integrated condensation-collection channel around the edge. As steam condenses, moisture is captured before it can drip back into hot fat or oil—helping food brown and crisp evenly while minimizing splatter and mess.
