The main body of the goblet is Frodo's instantly recognisable outfit of a brown blazer over a shirt, with a forest green cape secured by the Leaf of Lorien. The One Ring hangs from a chain around his 'neck' or brim of the goblet. The reverse of the goblet (the back of Frodo's cloak) is emblazoned with the quote "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future" encircled by the inscription from the One Ring "One Ring to rule them all" in elvish script.
