Introducing my Feelings and Energy Levels Communication Cards Kit, a unique and personal tool designed to help you better understand and communicate your emotions and energy levels. This kit includes 36 pre-filled cards with a range of emotions, as well as 36 blank cards for you to customize. To make things even easier, I've included a Feelings Wheel that organizes all the emotions and feelings from the communication cards. Plus, there's a handy worksheet to guide you in using the cards more effectively. Each piece in this kit is hand-drawn by me, an autistic artist, making it a truly personal and heartfelt tool for enhancing emotional communication.
