From My Window is a collaboration between Story Factory, Outloud, and three amazing high schools from the Bankstown area: Wiley Park Girls High School, Punchbowl Boys High School a nd Birrong Girls High School. Students wrote performance poetry pieces that were then recorded as short films. The poems and videos respond to some aspect of the COVID-19 crisis. Students refl ected on the positive events and occurrences they witnessed along the way, from small day-to-day happenings that sustained them, to larger events that offered a sense of optimism.
