Forte carbon spinnaker poles come standard with a black epoxy finish showing the carbon weave pattern. This is a grippy surface, which is great for pole handling. The length of you r spinnaker pole is determined by the yachts "J" measurement. This is roughly the straight line distance from the front of the mast at deck level to the headstay.
