A waxy, bright yellow fruit whose aroma recalls Concord grapes and whose yellow translucent flesh tastes sweet-tart and refreshing. When you cut star fruit crosswise you get five p ointed star shapes that add a festive touch to fruit bowls, salads or spread over white fish fillets.
