Our fruit loaf sourdough is baked fresh in our kitchen from Thursday to Saturday, combining traditional sourdough fermentation with sweet, seasonal fruit. The dough is naturally fe rmented over time, allowing flavour and texture to develop slowly before being filled with carefully selected fruits.
