"Daft Frukt is a sparkling fruit wine / pét-nat and is our take on a “house blend”. After racking every cuvee during the season we keep the leftovers with the lees in tanks during the entire season until bottling in the end of the vintage.A co-fermentation of apples, pears, grapes and quince with a rosé/orange hint and lots of tropical flavours." - Fruktstereo Show more
