Tasting Notes: sweet, cherrywood, fruity, damp earth. Farm Location: Spring 2016 mao cha from Xue Feng Mountain in Hunan, and compressed in Jingyang county of Shaanxi. Elevation: 5 00m Fu cha is a type of fermented tea (heicha) much like shou puerh. The thing that makes this tea magically distinctive is that is has golden flower mold ((eurotium cristatum).
