Stoneware mug thrown on the wheel in an off white clay with a handle attached by hand. Bisque fired once when dry, stamped, waxed and coated in a glossy transparent glaze. The piec e is then decorated using various stains and oxides and placed back in the kiln for its final 1240 degree centigrade glaze firing.
