Fuchsia paniculata is a plant of the genus Fuchsia native to Central America. It belongs to the section Schufia and is most closely related to Fuchsia arborescens. Often called the Mexican Blueberry Fuchsia because after flowering the plant produces small, round berries that turn a purple-black color, looking remarkably like blueberries.
