Welcome to the Fuel for Success workshop by myself and Allie Smith. Combining my passion for nutrition and Allies for mindset, we have developed a workshop to educate and empower a thletes on the importance of proper fuelling for performance, well-being, and long-term health. Here’s what’s included: A 2-hour interactive session (1 hour nutrition, 1 hour mindset) Nutrition and mental resilience workbooks for each participant Snack guide handouts to take home Delivered to a group size of 15 to 50 We have a set price for groups of 30 or more, and for smaller groups we can offer a per-head rate.
