Stop fuel starvation before it cuts your engine mid-corner. Designed specifically for the Toyota JZX110, and JZS171 platforms, the SERIALNINE Fuel Tank Baffle controls fuel movement inside the factory tank during drifting, hard cornering, acceleration and braking. When lateral load builds, fuel can move away from the factory pickup—causing the engine to stumble, lose power or run dangerously lean. Our internal baffle keeps fuel contained around the pump pickup, helping maintain consistent fuel delivery when you need it most. The baffle bolts directly into the factory fuel tank without requiring permanent tank modifications. It retains the factory tank and pump system, eliminating the need for an external surge tank or additional fuel plumbing. Each baffle is CNC laser-cut from mild steel and includes the required installation hardware. Installation requires removal and reinstallation of the factory fuel pump module. We tested the prototype in our own car for more than a year, and the improvement under sustained lateral load was night and day.
