The FUJIFILM View Camera Adapter G features a G-type lens mount affixed to a universal plate, facilitating the use of compatible G-mount medium-format mirrorless cameras as a digital back on a 4 x 5" view camera body. This digital camera body can be attached to the standard universal back of a view camera, allowing for the utilization of its perspective control movements and large-format lenses. The expansive image circle of large-format lenses, along with their adjustable optical axis capabilities, enables tilt photography, which is particularly beneficial for product and architectural photography. During operation, the camera can be activated using either a lens-based shutter or the in-body focal plane shutter, providing enhanced precision in exposure control.
