The primary air filter should be cleaned every two weeks and replaced annually to ensure optimal air-cleaning performance. The bundle includes two Air Purifying Filters: The Apple Catechin Air Purifying Filter is a disposable filter that should not be washed. Washing it will damage the media, and long-term storage is not recommended, as it may lose its air-cleaning effectiveness over time. It should be replaced every three months. The Negative Air Ion Air Purifying Filter is designed to be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing it with abrasive pads or brushes, as this will damage its deodorizing properties. The filter should be cleaned every three months and replaced every three years.
